Throughout the workshop, you will receive guided instruction from our experienced sewing instructors who will help you through each step of the process. We will start by familiarising you with the different components of a sewing machine, teaching you how to thread the machine, wind a bobbin, and adjust for optimal stitching.
Once you feel comfortable with the machine, we will move on to the fun part – creating your own projects. We will start with a simple tote bag to get you adjusted to sewing with fabric and then we move on to make the most adorable cushion with patchwork and adornment options. These projects are specifically designed to help you practice essential sewing techniques, including straight stitching, seam allowances, and finishing edges.
By the end of the workshop, you will have completed two beautiful projects that you can proudly show off to your friends and family. Moreover, you will have gained the confidence and skills necessary to continue exploring the world of sewing on your own.
